Information Collection
ImageNNetwork is the sole owner of the information collected on GameStirs. ImageNNetwork collects information from our users at several different points on our web site.
 
Registration
In order to use GameStirs, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give contact information such as name and email address. We use the email address for ONLY the purpose of sending the registered member his/her password and id if lost.

Information Use
There are various links within the pages of the web site, providing you methods to contact us easily. We read the mail you send us and reply with the information requested in a timely fashion. We do not share your personal information with others. Our site's information forms request your name, email address and password as well as additional information to help us determine your needs. We use this information to send you lost passwords and ids if requested or necessary. You may change your personal profile at any time.
 
Profile
We store information that we collect to create a profile for GameStirs. We DO NOT share your profile with other third parties.
 
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the users’ computer tied to information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. We use session ID cookies. For the session ID cookie, once users close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. A persistent cookie is a small text file stored on the users’ hard drive for an extended period of time.
 
Log Files
Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

You agree that all materials which are transmitted by you for the use in GameStirs are your sole and exclusive responsibility. You agree that you will not use ImageNNetwork to upload, post or otherwise transmit any content that is: unlawful, harmful, threatening, profane, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or pornographic, or which may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law; libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; harmful to minors in any way; or violative of any copyright or other proprietary rights of another. ImageNNetwork does not intend to pre-screen content uploaded or submitted, and is not responsible for such content, ImageNNetwork reserves the right to edit or remove content which violates any of the foregoing provisions.
 
License Grant To ImageNNetwork
ImageNNetwork does not claim any ownership in the photos, sound recordings, videos or other media created or uploaded by you or any other user ("Media"). Consequently, ImageNNetwork will not license, resell, or otherwise distribute Media to third parties. Unless otherwise indicated, by uploading or submitting Media for articles within the ImageNNetwork, you grant ImageNNetwork a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to publish, distribute and display the Media, without limitation, anywhere within ImageNNetwork and within email communications promoting ImageNNetwork. This license shall be in effect during all times that relevant Media is contributed by you for ImageNNetwork. This license shall NOT apply to Media placed in GameStirs.
 
Furthermore, you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the Media that you post or submit; that you have received all proper permissions and/or releases relative to all media that you post or submit; that use of the Media you store in your profile does not violate these Terms and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify ImageNNetwork for all claims resulting from Media you supply. ImageNNetwork has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or Media. You understand and agree that ImageNNetwork takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any Media posted or submitted by you or any third party.
 
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ImageNNetwork and its subsidiary and other affiliated companies, and their employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, licensors and suppliers, from all liabilities, losses, damages, claims, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, that arise from (i) use or misuse of ImageNNetwork or any person to whom you have granted access to ImageNNetwork, (ii) your violation of any of these Terms, or (iii) any other activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct). ImageNNetwork reserves the right, at it own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to defense by you, in which event you will cooperate with ImageNNetwork and its counsel in the conduct of such defense.

Newsletter & Additions
Established members of GameStirs will occasionally receive information on new additions to GameStirs or the ImageNNetwork Newsletter through GAMEmail (internal mail service using no email addresses). Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. You will also receive GAMEnews about any new changes or additions when you sign in.
 
Service Announcements
On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send users an email. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account. However, these communications are not promotional in nature and will only happen during an emergency situation.
 
Customer Service
We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account through GAMEmail.
 
Sharing Legal Disclaimer
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.
 
Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)
We DO NOT Share Personal Information with Third Parties.
 
Third Party Intermediaries
We use an outside a credit card processing company (PayPal) to bill for Marketing Credits. This company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
 
Choice/Opt-out
We offer an opt-out mechanism on the member's page to remove the member from GameStirs.

This Web site contains links to other restaurant websites. Please be aware that we, ImageNNetwork, are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to ImageNNetwork.
 
Security
ImageNNetwork takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, their information is protected both online and off-line. All of our users’ information is restricted in our offices.
 
Supplementation of Information
In order for ImageNNetwork to properly fulfill its obligation to users it is necessary for us to supplement the information we receive with information from 3rd party sources.
 
Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information
If a users’ personally identifiable information changes (such as zip code, phone, email or postal address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate users’ personally identifiable information. This can usually be done on the member's profile page.
 
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy & terms policy, we will post those changes to this privacy & terms statement, linked on the bottom of the homepage, linked on other pages we deem appropriate so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
